I haven't heard anything from windows users of this still happening, but I
checked to see how performance is without the flag on linux. Still locking up
when I try the chatbox, naming character or sending mail. Bug reports and
searching on the market place do not cause any issue. I had heard reports of
higher fps without the flag, but I didn't see any change there.
