Please try testing wine1.5.16. 
At the moment i installed wine1.5.16 via PlayOnLinux, because i need a newer
wine version for another program. But with that wine-version i cannot reproduce
all the problems. I can annotate and save files and i can open several
pdf-files and switch between tabs.
