I'm using a precompiled wine. It's a really big hassle getting fatdog to
compile 32 bit applications and that's especially true for wine.

However, the first wine I was using, before I posted the bug, gave me an error
along the lines of XInput was not compiled in, so I went and got one that was
confirmed to have it.
