ok now I had compiled the source with atl90 patched ... 

./configure - ./configure --enable-win64
make depend
make 
sudo make install 

ok now i had new version of wine ... 

how do you do to modify module atl90 for example ? 

.... 
I don't undersand the link between source and module winetricks dlls vcrun2008.
