Got a similiar or the same problem:
The bindings i have made work in basically all linux programs & @ the editor in
wine, but not at Wc3.
My xbindkey atm:
"/usr/bin/xvkbd -true-keypad -text "\[KP_Home]""
m:0x0 + b:8

"/usr/bin/xvkbd -true-keypad -text "\[KP_Up]""
m:0x0 + b:9

-> works as intended under the Editor, doesn't do anything in wine.
Added a log as asked above.
