[Bug 26757] Wine can't install ".msu" files (wusa.exe is a stub). Needed for IE8/Vista, .Net 4, IE10/Win7

The IE8 workaround is not possible for IE10.

The IE10 installer calls dsim.exe:
0027:trace:process:create_process_impl app (null) cmdline
L"C:\\windows\\SysNative\\dism.exe /online /add-package
/packagepath:C:\\windows\\TEMP\\IE12d54.tmp\\KB2729094\\Windows6.1-KB2729094-v2-x64.cab
