Confirmed in wine 1.5.24

0. download it
1. workaround by 'winetricks mfc42 jscript quartz'
2. 'wine pptvsetup_3.2.1.0076.exe' 

However, it seems that the installation finished successfully except wine's GUI
crash dialog

BTW, pptvsetup_3.2.1.0076.exe maybe too old.
