I had run the same program and i been fault as well...
It's called 《三国志11》 in Chinese...

or you can get BT seed if it is avalible(I think not)

I used Arch x86_64 & wine version is 1.5.23


by the way, When I search it on internet I find a solution "cedega" but my
operation doesn't support...there is also someone said wine 1.2 can run it but
i had not try it...
