The main part of the origin bug is related to Font Associated Charset which is
fixed by Byeongsik Jeon's patch, thanks Byeongsik Jeon's great work, and thanks
many other people's work on font related issues as well!

Font Associated DefaultFonts and EUDC Font Association (refer to #Comment 107
for Sagawa's great description) is not implemented yet, do someone know any
real world app affected by them? If there is could somebody file new bug(s) for
them, so we can resolve this bug as fixed? I think it make sense to close this
4 years bug, and let other font rendering issues be tracked in separate
threads, this make things more clearly.
