Changing summary to include Excel based on duplicate bug 31298. 

Still present in 1.5.24. Console output when trying to switch between open
documents via the taskbar: 

fixme:ieframe:taskbar_list_SetActiveAlt iface 0x152c60, hwnd 0x1014c stub!
fixme:ieframe:taskbar_list_ActivateTab iface 0x152c60, hwnd 0x1014c stub!
