The dock software requires Net Framework 3.5 SP1 and I couldn't get that
working under the 64bit prefix but it worked under the 32bit prefix. I am
relatively new to WINE so I am sure there is probably a way to get it working
under the 64bit prefix but I couldn't figure it out.

About the USB patches, I was reading http://wiki.winehq.org/USB and I don't
have a windows machine to connect the GPS to to get the required information to
get it working with those patches.
