Thanks for the reply. If I may add a comment in case anyone else has this
issue.

I was testing Microsoft Money 2005. See reports at:

I was installing in a clean environment.

In order for Microsoft Money to run, currently it seem a requirement to have to
install Internet Explorer 6. This was installed using winetricks. No other
configuration was undertaken.

So the "old native urlmon.dll" installed I presume must have come from either
the installation of Microsoft Money and/or from the installation of Internet
Explorer 6.

If someone could leave some instructions about locations etc, I would be happy
to go and look and report back where the file is, if it is of interest.
