[Bug 32845] Installing Cisco CSM 4.2 in Ubuntu x64 fails (32bit works)

wine log from install attempt in 1.5.22

Ran upgrade in Fedora 18 removed previous .wine directory and re-created via
wineconf in 1.5.22

copied advpack.dll to the ./wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ folder
ran jre-7u11-windows-x64.exe to install Java into the wine instance
ran CSMClientSetup.exe to install CSM into the wine instance and generated the
attached error.

I can also do this in Ubuntu if you like for comparison.
