Winemaker SceenLog and Makefile after custom LDFLAGS

   Sorry, perhaps we must reopen this topic for a while, and not only for
build-env.

   Although we can pass the compilation and installation, winelib doesn't work
as well as before.  We lack of adding the "-mcpu" option when we auto-generate
the Makefile by winemaker.
   I can pass the compilation(user-program which is compiled by winelib) by
adding "-mcpu=armxxxx" in the varible "userprogram_name_exe_LDFLAGS".  I think
it's the same reason with the compilation of wine itself.
   The problem is only for wine 1.6.
