It is hardly possible to diagnose the cause without detailed info on the both
hardware and software specs of the system experincing the problem. I mean, one
should not only post relevant WINEDEBUG logs, but also a model of his/her GPU
and a driver used to run this GPU. I suspect this bug to only affect people
having older/mobile GPUs which are not capable enough to fulfill the
game+wined3d emulation requirements.
