I don't understand how to do that regression test.  I've tried but it's too
technical for me and I don't want to get it wrong and make life harder for the
kind people who work on Wine.

How do I change the sound method from PuleseAudio?  I'm certain that Ubuntu
will not let you remove PulseAudio without breaking the sound or certain apps
like Skype.

Sorry I can't do much more than take time to report bugs, as an end user of
Wine and Ubuntu.
