It occurs to me that there is a direct fix to this.

We have the Arabic block wrong then and we can fix it. You have Arabic windows
7.

Looking at HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows
NT\\CurrentVersion\\FontSubstitutes

Could you export that key and show it to me. Then I can update the arabic block
in freetype.c and it should work.
