No, runs without any troubles.

Btw, Nemesis demo
http://www.fileplanet.com/185331/180000/fileinfo/Sherlock-Holmes:-Nemesis-Demo
doesn't have these crashes, but have a dependency to PhysX and working only the
version that comes with.
