[Bug 24502] SimCity 3000 Unlimited crashes when loading

I had another chance to test this game, I tried with a NoCD patch and the game
still crashes on 2 of my 3 computers. My old 2006 MacBook (with Intel
integrated graphics) can run the game just fine (since Wine 1.3.23 at least),
but on my desktop and my netbook (with dedicated graphics) the game just
crashes with the same error I've been getting for 3 years now. I will attach a
new stack dump, winedbg backtrace, and +seh,+relay log as well.
