Seems a bit better, but not completely gone.

Unless I do 'winetricks msvcr80', I still see a bunch of

fixme:msvcrt:__crtGetStringTypeW (unk 0, type 1, wstr 0x4dde554(1), 0x4dde558)
partial stub

and flickering when I move the window in virtual desktop mode, even
after applying the workarounds in bug 22557.
