I just installed and played popcap bejeweled 3 from cd.  Flawless.
(My son discovered my cache of old windows apps and picked out a dozen to try
:-)

Also tried with freshly downloaded Bejeweled3Setup_20120830.exe
which seems to use a similar installer.

There is still a 2 second delay from clicking to seeing the EULA with
wine-1.5.26, but that's fine.
