Or about changes in maintained apps. Like submitted and waiting test reports
(from an other user).

Supose this:
I'm a maintainer of two apps and I monitor three other apps where I'm not the
maintainer.

Than I need a possibility to choose which actions I want to get aware of by
getting an email.

At this moment I can either switch notify messages on or off. But if there are
mails about my maintained apps and the notification is of I will not get any
mail.

So: the switch needs three instead of two (optins (on/off). Mayby
1.) All Mails on: chnages in my monitored and maintained apps
2.) Only Mails about my maintained apps on: if there is a new report in my
mainted apps, I will get a mail, if there is something with my monitored apps
it will be calm
3.) All Off: No mails - I'm in vacations or so.. 

That was my background.
