That is what it appears to be doing on Windows. The user's MakeMusic folder and
subfolders have the following permissions:
User: Everyone
    Basic Permissions: Write, Special permissions
    Advanced Permissions:
        Create files/ write data
        Create folders/ append data
        Write attributes
        Write extended attributes
        Read permissions

User: SYSTEM / Administrators / Owner
    Basic Permissions: Full control
