The following subdomains work perfectly on https:

The following subdomains still have some issues:
https://testbot.winehq.org
https://wiki.winehq.org
https://forums.winehq.org (#34955)

I would suggest enabling https by default where possible, except where the
winhttp tests are querying. This is done easily enough with an HSTS ruleset
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Strict_Transport_Security).
