Hello folks,

I think the initial goal to get the example app work with Wine builtin
windowscodecs has been met.
The example works for .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5

Different behaviour for .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 MIL deserves its own bug.

Fixed by commit
