[Bug 26821] Micrografx Designer does not show files when trying to open a file in the file dialog though they are there

By the way, on top of the directory - listing issue I see the following
problems:

- the installer tells me that he cannot create the required directories on
start. If I create them myself, one after the other one, the installation is
successful.
- starting designer I receive the following messages:

fred at djunix-net:~/.wine/drive_c/windows/DESIGNER> wine DESIGNER.EXE
fixme:global:SetSwapAreaSize16 (2048) - stub!
fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_ExtEscape QUERYESCSUPPORT(4116) - not supported.
fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_ExtEscape QUERYESCSUPPORT(4104) - not supported.
fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_ExtEscape QUERYESCSUPPORT(4107) - not supported.
fixme:psdrv:PSDRV_ExtEscape QUERYESCSUPPORT(24) - not supported.
fixme:hook:SetWindowsHookEx16 Multiple hooks (-1) for the same task not
supported yet
