I have the same problems on my setup

  Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8
  SKSE 1.6.16 rel 44
  wine 1.6-2.2
  openSUSE 13.1
  i7-2620M
  8GB RAM


I think the caps lock issue is different from the sticky keys. In my case it
happens when I move around a lot, possibly smashing 3 or more keys at once. I
don't know (yet) how DirectInput works but it seems to me that the keyboard is
handled by events (key down, key up) and some key up events would be missed by
the game. As mentioned by others, hitting the direction key in cause will
unstick it.
