In wine-1.7.2-106-g7f859e5, there's an error on startup, but winetricks msxml3
ie7 doesn't help.

The installer may have changed though, I'm using:
austin at aw25 ~ $ du -h asc-setup.exe 
23M    asc-setup.exe
austin at aw25 ~ $ sha1sum asc-setup.exe 
8535ed1ab74d7b9547c7d47e75b9159076527253  asc-setup.exe

Can you please retest?
