Hello folks,

confirming, it's a dupe of bug 32515 (used for collecting CEG-protected games).

The 'piracy' message is decoded at runtime, written to in-memory .png which is
displayed as overlay hence you don't see it in cleartext in any binary.

The failing binary the message is talking about: 'Shogun2.dll'

You can verify by re-validating game cache.
It should always flag this binary as inconsistent and re-download it.
