Hello folks,

revisiting, still present.

You now need to remove read permissions to 'C:\\users\\$USER\\my
documents\\Visual Studio 2010' to reproduce the bug.

The settings folder is now present with recent Wine versions hence the error
dialog is not shown along with the splash.

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.24-151-g4703ced
