It has probably come up before, but I don't remember a bug number offhand. This
is INVALID because it's an application bug that in principle happens on Windows
as well. The only reason it might not is that I expect most Windows drivers
will ship with application specific workarounds by now, similar in function to
the workarounds mentioned in this bug.
