Hello folks,

this is by design.

If you attempt an unattended install you should be aware of the
implications/consequences.

'AppleVersions.dll' is part of 'AppleApplicationSupport' package.

To have the wrapper installer extract the packages:

--- snip ---
$ wine ./SafariSetup405.exe /extract
--- snip ---

Main package unattended install:

--- snip ---
$ wine msiexec /i Safari.msi /qb SCHEDULE_ASUW=0 DESKTOP_SHORTCUTS=1
installdir="%programfiles%\Safari" allusers=true reboot=suppress
--- snip ---

Optional(!) packages unattended install:

--- snip ---
$ wine msiexec /i AppleApplicationSupport.msi ALLUSERS=true reboot=suppress /qb
--- snip ---

--- snip ---
$ wine msiexec /i AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi ALLUSERS=true reboot=suppress /qb

If you still think this is a "bug" please provide a full +voicewarmup MSI log
from an unattended install on pristine Windows as proof.
