Hello Marcus,

you still didn't state the Wine versions used (the old one with the bug created
and the new one).
The .NET installer error is likely a broken WINEPREFIX or old 'winetricks'
script or broken host packages.

You could try a recent 'winetricks' version from here:

http://winetricks.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/winetricks

Follow appdb entry for .NET Frameworks (new 32-bit WINEPREFIX, ...).

Anyway, if the error persists please visit WineHQ user forums
(http://forum.winehq.org/) and seek help there.
