I tried the demo at http://download.chip.eu/en/Spider-Man-Demo_1379091.html

wine-1.7.22

which works fine. Given that the original link isn't available, and no one
tested the demo, I'm going to mark this as abandoned, though it may be fixed.

If someone has the original installer and can test, feel free to reopen if it's
still an issue in current (1.7.22 or newer) wine.
