Still doesn't work fully due to bug 32328 but it definitely runs further.

NOTE: the current installer/app needs at least .NET 2.0 SP1 otherwise it dies
(some assembly uses 'System.DateTimeOffset' structure which was introduced with
NET 4.5.2, 4.5.1, 4.5, 4, 3.5 SP1, 3.0 SP1, 2.0 SP1).
