There is an unresponsive message box with black background which ought to show
an error about missing oledb provider.

After that it shows the main window which is completely black except the border
and the user interface remains unresponsive.

Reminds me of bug 35797 (and others).

Delphi app with some fancy skinning. Might be hook related problem.

Using this bug as dupe collector.
