New test

Fresh prefix on Ubuntu Utopic i386 + wine 1.7.20 + winetricks r1196

Got it installed that time (but without following the appdb howto which always
fails):

- winetricks dotnet40

Still got a lot of fixme and some errors, but im able to run .NET progs.
