Hello folks,

still present.

Installation works fine in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX (LANG=en_US.utf8).

* make sure you don't have a tainted prefix.
* make sure you don't have a broken Wine build (gcc 4.9+) that skews up results
everywhere.

For people without Mono support (mscoree not present): you can let the
installer download & install .NET Framework .
