[Bug 33296] Need For Speed Most Wanted 1 - Control sticks

I apologize, this is indeed a valid bug. There's a noticable delay between key
press/release and it's effect on the game. This is especially noticable during
drag races and when there's limited CPU power for the game.

This bug is also present in the demo version.

The bug appears between 1.5.17 and 1.5.18. Near this bug there's another bug
(broken keyboard input) which prevents me from bisecting further, so here's the
output I get:

There are only 'skip'ped commits left to test.
The first bad commit could be any of:
