I tried msxml but it didn't helped.

I don't know if it's a regression, because I didn't tried here earlier.
I can do of course the regression tests.
I tried it at a fresh formatted system with a new Wine installation.
Yes, WINEARCH was set to 32.

I'm attaching the backtrace (with WINEARCH was set to 32).

After trying  three times in a row (just to be sure, the last one, CC formatted
and started to download Photoshop.

Photoshop couldn't be installed, but since this report is for CC, I suppose
this bug can be marked as solved.

PS. I've tried Photoshop under Win7 and is very problematic and unstable. It is
not a surprise for me that it has so many problems under Wine.
Oh well! :-)
