Sorta, but the redirects are broken/confusing, which is my point. 

To demonstrate:
* go to https://newtestbot.winehq.org/ and log in
* choose your patch, next page
* select one (or multiple) VMs, next
* submit your job

at this point, you are redirected to https://testbot.winehq.org (the old
server) rather than redirected to your job's status page on
newtestbot.winehq.org.

That is confusing and potentially a security issue.
