When I click a sub-menu parent item twice, the popup menu disappears. This
behavior doesn't conform with Windows' one.

How to reproduce:
1. run regedit.exe,
2. click the right mouse button on the pane to show a popup menu,
3. click [New] item in the menu,
4. click [New] item in the menu again.

Actual behavior (wine 1.7.18):
After step 4, the menu is closed.

Expected behavior (Windows):
After step 4, the menu is still shown.
