[Bug 36544] The Weather Channel Desktop App for Windows fails to install

Wine 1.7.19 installed successfully.

Application installed after Wine notified that two other components were
needed. They has also been downloaded and installed successfully.

After installation, two error windows appeared:

- Parameter error
- There is now Windows program configured to open this type of file.

The application has created a desktop icon, however, the only way to open the
app and receive the error is through the menu; Wine>Program Files>The Weather
Channel>Desktop Weather> Desktop Weather
