Add limited support for EM_PASTESPCIAL

This bug also applies to pasting recipes into the capture section of Living
Cookbook.  My patch treats CF_TEXT the same as CF_UNICODE when pasting into the
WCHAR version of richedit.  This is based upon observed behavior of the app in
windows XP.
