Confirming with wine-1.7.30-112-g5d17f9b.

The problem is caused by missing DXTn support of d3dx9_36. A possible
workaround is to install native d3dx9_36 and d3dcompiler_43 (different issue)
using winetricks.

Patchset by Michael Müller and Christian Costa to fix at least the first
problem (still needs native d3dcompiler_43, but besides that works well):

(needs 'autoreconf -f', make sure that 32-bit libtxc is installed when running
