Hello folks,

the client is a .NET 4.x ClickOnce deployment installer (.application).

Since the bug reporter didn't explicitly tell if native .NET Frameworks were
used, assuming Wine-Mono.

Default WINEPREFIX setting 'Windows XP' can be used - even if the installer
complains about Hotfixes/QFE's.
Just let it download/install/fail with the hotfix installers, they have no
meaning in Wine anyway.

Bootstrapping (ClickOnce deployment) works fine here with 'winetricks -q
dotnet40'.
