Patch 52169 fixes the crash in HotS 13.1.0.37274, wine commit 5021e91 for me.

Aside: my wineprefix is set to WinXP, and the msdn doc says "minimum supported:
Vista/Server 2008". So possibly the game is at fault for trying to use the
function, and would crash on a real Windows XP too.
