Launched the setup exe "en_visio_professional_2013_with_sp1_x86_3910851.exe"
from a newly created wine prefix and with Windows 7 as OS.

The install gui never shows up (backtrace attached).

I'm not sure if this bug is related to the bug 38123

Commands:
