You need to upgrade the wine version from the gui. And need to set it into that
prefix.

There is nothing to fix here, this bug is defnitely a dupe since you are
failing to do a upgrade. And beside playonlinux bugs shouldnt be reported here
at all.

There are already around 10 starcraft 2 and uplay bugs open. Most likely the
game doesnt work at all no matter what you do.
