You'll have to help us help you. See https://wiki.winehq.org for how to file a
proper bug report. Are you actually using 1.9.11? Ubuntu ships 1.6.2:

which would explain why you're seeing this, as it was fixed in 1.7.51 (bug
38927, which you also commented on with the same text..).

Given that you're listing your hardware as ppc32 (which wouldn't run this
program with wine) and didn't provide output, I suspect you're actually on
1.6.2, in which case you should upgrade to 1.8.x or 1.9.x to solve your
problem.


In any case, please attach the terminal output, and what `wine --version`
prints.
